Lotus long/short fund

Lotus MF has filed papers with SEBI to offer new long/short fund.

It will keep at least 65% in long assets, and can take upto 100% short positions in the assets they have, and the rest upto 35% in debt and money-market funds.

Does anyone have any experience with Lotus? How'd you rate it? How do you feel about this particular offering?
